Finding Delight in the Lord

Finding delight in the Lord. That’s the way to a life of blessing.

The psalmist expressed it this way: “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”

Some people seldomly even think about the Lord — and when they do…their understanding is so shallow that they find little delight.

But…those who know the Lord have cause for great delight – He is their peace…pardon…and hope.

And this delight is not conditioned by circumstances. The Apostle Paul sang hymns of praise in a Philippian jail.

Regardless. of your present circumstances…find delight in the Lord — His presence…His fellowship…His grace.

So…take delight in the Lord – knowing that He will give you the desires of your heart
