“Utopia”

Utopia.  Finally…a time when everything is right.

Some people believe that with greater intellect…the full release of creativity…and the consolidation of human efforts – it will happen.

No more wars…crime in the streets…or any other kind of destructive behavior.  Peace at last.

Not so.  It will never happen.  The Bible says that evil will abound…man’s madness will intensify…and violent behavior will increase more and more.

This is why Jesus told His followers to pray: “They kingdom come.”  That’s the hope of the believer — a new kingdom where righteousness reigns.

A new heaven and a new earth.  A fully restored universe.  Everything new.

But…how?  Jesus will come to this world again.  And He will make everything right.

 Utopia at last.
