“Credited to Your Account”

Credited to your account.  When that happens…you are enriched.

Someone has made a deposit into your account. 

This gives meaning to these words from the Apostle Paul: “…God will credit righteousness – for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.”

God deposits righteousness in your account…through faith in Jesus Christ.

In other words…faith gives you right standing with God.  What an incredible transaction.

Jesus does for you what you never could do for yourself.  All your efforts at good works fall short.  Instead…righteousness is gifted to you.
