Converted Late in Life

Converted late in life. Can they ever catch up?

Jesus told of the landowner who hired workers throughout the day. But at the end of the workday…he paid them all the same.

The early workers complained…but the landowner explained that he had paid the agreed-upon amount to all groups.

The lesson here is profound – late-in-life converts are up to speed the moment they believe.

This is because grace is a gift. You cannot earn it. And it is all based on privilege. Those who have served the Lord for years rejoice that the later-in-life converts have been given the same gift of salvation.

“For it is by grace you have been saved… it is the gift of God…”

A full salvation – though it has come later in life. That’s reason for all to rejoice.
